Parents and kids, our Flashlight Reader's Book Club is for 4th, 5th and 6th grade readers AND a grown-up of their choice. For April, we will all read Kate DiCamillo's hilarious and poignant novel Flora & Ulysses, ahead of time--together or individually. She is a master writer. You will be laughing outloud on one page and teary-eyed the next. Come ready for a lively discussion and some delicious bookish snacks. Advance registration is required. Please include both reader's names on the registration form. We will meet in the Richins Auditorium at the Kimball Junction Branch, Thursday, April 18, 6:30 pm. Book Club copies are available at the front desk. If you have attended a previous Flashlight Reader's Book Club, no need to sign up again. Watch for a reminder email.
