Parent/Child Flashlight Reader's Book Club -- The War That Saved My Life

Parents and kids, our Flashlight Reader's Book Club is for 4th, 5th and 6th grade readers AND a grown-up of their choice. For May, we will all read Kimberly Brubaker Bradley's novel The War That Saved My LIfe, ahead of time--together or individually. Come ready for a lively discussion and some delicious bookish snacks.  Advance registration is required. Please include both reader's names on the registration form. We will meet in the Big Auditorium at the Kimball Junction Branch, Thursday, May 16, 6:30 pm. Book Club copies are available at the front desk. If you have attended a previous Flashlight Reader's Book Club, no need to sign up again. Watch for a reminder email.
