Join us for a free screening of The Marsh King's Daughter (R, 108 minutes) in the Kimball Junction Branch auditorium. The film is based on the novel The Marsh King's Daughter by Karen Dionne. After the screening, we will have an optional discussion about the novel and the film. The e-book and audiobook are always available on Libby, and the book is also available to check out. 

Synopsis: When her father breaks out of prison, a young mother must confront her long-buried past of being the child of a kidnapper and the girl he held captive. Convinced that he intends to take her daughters, she sets out to find and kill him herself.
